The Rehearsal Dinner

Since Jen and Kevin were being married on the boat with very little time for a reception, we decided to combine the rehearsal dinner and the reception a couple days early.

We had it in Patty and Gerry's backyard. A fun time was had by all.

The pictures are a combination of about 10 cell phones that were sending all the pics to a cloud program. They are in no real order.

Patty and Gerry's backyard. I put a string of Christmas lights along the sea wall. I was afraid that someone could step off the ledge. There are some plants along it and nasty rocks beneath them. We're talking emergency room nasty rocks.

Our DJ. When he asked what type of music we would want, he was a bit mystified when we said to bring Frank Sinatra and every bit of Irish music he had. He understood once he got here.

Garrett filled as the bartender for the first hour or so. It seems that the bartender we hired put the wrong address in his GPS. Instead of "6675 S US 1, Grant" it took him to "#1 Grant Street, Bartow". That's over by Tampa. The other side of the state. So instead of being 30 minutes early, he was an hour late. That caused me a bit of stress because I wasn't expecting to set up the bar but Garrett stepped up and did a great job.
