St Lucia and Barbados
This was St Lucia. It rain and was a generally nasty day (as nasty as a day in the Caribbean can get) We just got off the boat long enough to see that they had (This may seem as a surprise) another tourist trap just off the boat. It still beat a day a work.
Barbados in down below
St Lucia is its own country. Every country needs a Navy. That is there's on the left. Impressive, isn't it.
One thing we were really impressed with is what a small inlet the port had. I mean, the Captain didn't have much room on either side for maneuvering.
This is off the left side. I wouldn't want to be taking off of that runway with a ship coming in or out.
Barbados
Just a couple of shots. We did a bunch of stuff here but it was all water related and we didn't to risk the camera. We snorkeled with turtles and also did some wreck snorkeling. It was really nice. And we finished it off with rum runners on the little boat we used.
Here we have the Cruise Terminal. We were out on the end of the pier. I guess you tie up where you can.
We went through here to get to the shuttle boat for the snorkeling. The sign says that this is "Pirate Property". Get it
