Easter 2008

OK, I think Kathy and I may be living in denial that our children are growing up.  I think that the Easter Basket thing may be getting a little creepy considering how old our child are.  But that never stopped us in the past.  The children don't seem to mind getting candy and movies.  The only problem seems to be that they don't find all of the eggs.  I mean, we found all of the real eggs but we are still finding the plastic ones that have jelly beans and chocolate in them.  I usually just follow the ant trail

This was a strange one, this year.  Jake was invited to a friends house for an overnight birthday party the day before Easter so he didn't get back until around 10 am to start the hunt.

Well let me tell you, the girls didn't wait for him before they dug into their baskets.  So of course, Jake wanted to make sure that he didn't get shorted anything.

He didn't get shorted anything in the baskets but I think the girls may have scoped out where the eggs were.  Can you imagine them doing something so sneaky.  I can't...........NOT.

Jake still did ok.  I may have helped him out a little bit.

Jen had the whole computer room down to a science.

Look at that sneaky look on Kristin's face.  I'm not sure what she did but I'm pretty sure it angered Jake.

I swear Kristin puts on makeup to take a shower
