Halloween 2010
OK, so this is one of my favorite Holiday. In fact now that the kids don't believe in Santa, It is my favorite Holiday. We turn it into a get-together and it gives me a chance to catch up with some of my neighbors.
Also, occasionally, alcohol is involved
We fix up the house.
You can't tell by this picture but we have a smoke machine and a lightning/thunder maker going on. Some of the little kids wouldn't come up to the house without their parents. No Problem. More candy for me.
I went as Steven Slater. The disgruntled jetBlue Flight Attendant. Notice the beer, emergency slide, ID Tag, wings and finger.
Jen got this Geisha outfit in Tokyo this spring. She finally got a chance to wear it.
Jen and her friend Katy.
I was making Jen do a very politically incorrect impersonation of an Oriental. What do I care. I'm the disgruntled one, remember.
Jake grabbed a scar mask, his costume from a school project (it was an authentic Laotian Coat), and the hat and went around asking the people at the door's to guess what he was. We got everything from Dr. Evil to a Chauffeur. As long as we got the candy.
Kristin went as a Zombie. Not much of a stretch, lately.
We told her a million times growing up. If she didn't keep her face washed, the zits were going to scar.
