The Hoover Dam

I never realized how close this is to Vegas.  It was on our way when we were going over to the Grand Canyon.

The tour took us down into the dam and the generator.  It was very interesting.

This was taken down inside the dam.  The water the runs the generators was rushing through this pipe.
