Christmas 2008
Much to our dismay, Jake, our youngest no longer believes in Santa. What a bummer. First this and now Kristin has her drivers license. They sure do grow up fast. Anyway, we had our tree in Florida on the 23rd (I had to work X-mas eve and day) then we went to the airport on X-mas Eve. Kathy and the kids went to New York and I'm went off to DFW for a peaceful holiday in Corpus Christi, Texas. I joined Kathy on the 27th. Then we all came back to warm Florida on the 1st of January.
The tree with all the trimmings.
Jakes made a killing on video games. What a surprise.
One of these days, I need to clean some of the junk off the side of that refridgerator.
We didn't set the Rock Bank up until after we got home from New York. I tried playing it. I've never felt to uncoordinated and foolish in my life. Well, there was this one time with a Chinese midget but I really don't want to talk about that.
Kristin did pretty good this year. She got her license and our mini-van. There is no god.
Jake got another watch. Believe it or not, he sometimes wears 2 at once. One on each wrist. One digital (for telling the time) and one analog (because it looks cool)
Imagine that, Jen got something Vampire related. It is a set of fangs. Life throws those ironies out their, though. She will be wearing the braces for another six months.
Kristin got another iPod (number 3). I give it 4 months till it's a pile of junk.
Some things just speak for themselves.
Jake got all these games, a bike, all sorts of stuff. But the thing he got the most kick out of was a walking piece of Sushi.
Kathy on Christmas morning. I hope she never sees this because she'll kill me for putting her picture up. Of course, that is one of the advantages of not only taking the pictures but also doing the web site. You don't see any pictures of me up here, now do you.
As things start to wind down.
